Job Description

Join Pana Software Company (P.) Ltd. as a Client Support Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in client relationship management, providing technical support for software products, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring seamless problem resolution. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, troubleshooting issues, assisting in pre-sales activities, conducting client training, and contributing to documentation updates.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements.
  • Provide timely and effective communication with clients.

System Support:

  • Provide technical support for software products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address and solve system-related problems.

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
  • Assist in the pre-sales process by providing technical information and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Training and Documentation:

  • Train clients on the use of software products.
  • Create and update documentation for system support and training purposes.

Problem Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues.
