Job Description
- Receive a large number of inbound calls, manage outbound calls and report to respective officers on time
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers as an when required
- Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensive way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Have to use our CRM system to record every day to day activity
