The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing and functional websites that align with our company's objectives and user experience goals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand website requirements and user needs.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
Implement web designs based on UI/UX principles, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless user interactions.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Conduct website testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality across various browsers and devices.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and design.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on web-related matters.
Develop a detailed plan outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for CRM customization.
Define key milestones and deliverables.
Design and implement automation rules, triggers, and workflows to streamline processes, such as lead management, sales pipeline, customer service, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct thorough testing of customizations to ensure functionality, data integrity, and user acceptance. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs before deployment.
