Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development officer to oversee the growth and development of our TechAxis IT training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and increasing revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Identify and target new clients and business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote our IT training programs and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery and course materials
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure sales targets are met
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the institute and develop new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree or equivalent experience (Preferably BBA, BBS, BIM or related)
  • 1-2 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
