QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

MBA or Master’s Degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution or 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics/Finance/ Accounting is a minimum requirement.
Sound understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets Products and Services, Banking Procedures, Financial Research and Analysis, Risk-Return Analysis, Private Equity and Venture Capital and, other Investment Banking activities required.
Must have exposure in Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Research and Report Writing, Financial Modelling, Due Dilligence and Equity Research Analysis.

Additional Requirements:

Fluency in English and Nepali with sound interpersonal skills, smart personality, positive attitude towards constant work pressure.
Professional integrity and entrepreneurial attitude
Proficiency in MS applications.
Proactive and Dynamic individuals with problem solving skills are preferred.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting CTC range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of NRs. 587,000– NRs. 688, 000 for annually. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on various factors, including, the candidate’s qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
